Policy After Deposit Is Placed

At Dallas Red Doodles, we are committed to providing a transparent, organized, and enjoyable puppy adoption experience. We kindly ask all prospective families to carefully review our reservation, deposit, and cancellation policies before placing a deposit.

By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Dallas Red Doodles accepts reservations for both current and upcoming litters.

Puppy reservations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis through a $500 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Your deposit determines your position in the puppy selection process.

For example, if a litter consists of four puppies and you are the second family to place a deposit, you will receive the second pick, allowing you to choose from the three remaining available puppies.

Puppy selections typically take place when the puppies are approximately 4–5 weeks old. Families will have the opportunity to select their puppy through photos, videos, or FaceTime.

We currently accept deposits through Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy selection position.

All deposits are applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.

While deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred to another available puppy or a future litter, subject to the conditions outlined below.

● Deposits may be transferred to a current or upcoming litter with availability.

● Transferred deposits remain valid for 12 months from the original deposit date.

● Your selection position in a new litter will be determined by the next available puppy pick at the time of transfer.

● Deposits may not be transferred beyond the 12-month period.

Please understand that placing a deposit represents a commitment to purchasing a puppy from Dallas Red Doodles.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and that a family may need to postpone bringing home their puppy.

If you are unable to move forward with your original reservation, we are happy to accommodate a deposit transfer under the following conditions:

Written notice must be provided before the puppy you originally reserved reaches 6 weeks of age.

Once your transfer request is received and approved, your deposit may be applied toward another available puppy or a future litter within the original 12-month validity period.

If we do not receive notice before the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age, your deposit will be forfeited and will no longer be eligible for transfer.

All transfers are subject to puppy availability.

At Dallas Red Doodles, all deposits are final and non-refundable.

If you decide not to move forward with purchasing a puppy, your deposit will not be refunded. However, you may request a transfer to another available puppy or upcoming litter, provided that you meet our transfer requirements.

To remain eligible for a transfer, you must notify Dallas Red Doodles before your originally reserved puppy reaches 6 weeks of age.

If notice is not received within this timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited.

Families wishing to reserve another puppy after forfeiting their original deposit will be required to submit a new $500 deposit.
